UFS Auto dispatches your complete original documentation folder via express courier. This contains your Original Bill of Lading (B/L), Export Certificate (Cancellation Certificate), and the Commercial Purchase Invoice reflecting the true transaction value.
Your vehicle lands at Durban or Dar es Salaam. A clearing agent or transit driver facilitates movement through South Africa/Tanzania up to the Zimbabwean border entry point (most commonly Beitbridge or Chirundu).
Your clearing agent presents documents to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA). Duties and taxes (Import Duty, Excise Duty, and VAT) are calculated using the Valued for Duty Purposes (VDP) method. Ensure your funds are ready for smooth clearance.
