Confirm Order & Get an Invoice
Once our team approves your request, the Proforma Invoice will be visible under My Enquiry. Update necessary details, such as the consignee information (recipient of the shipment), and ensure all fields are accurate. After confirming the details, click “Proceed to Pay” to place your order. This step finalizes the order and prepares it for payment. If you need help during this process, your assigned sales consultant will guide you.
Make Payment & Send Receipt
Download the Proforma Invoice and use it to make the payment via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our designated bank account. Once the transfer is completed, upload the proof of payment or TT advice slip directly in the system. This will allow our accounts team to verify your payment and proceed with processing your order. If you encounter any issues, our sales consultants are available to assist and ensure a smooth transaction.
Shipment & Documentation
After payment confirmation, we will arrange the shipment of your vehicle using the earliest available vessel. All required shipping and customs documents will be prepared and uploaded to your dashboard. These documents, such as the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, and Invoice, will be couriered to you or your agent to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination. For customers opting for additional services like cross-border re-export from Durban, we will coordinate the logistics to your final destination within 48 hours.
Receive Your Vehicle
Once the vehicle arrives, complete the customs clearance process. You can hire a clearing agent for assistance or manage it independently with the documents provided. After clearance, register the vehicle in your country and make it road-ready. If you’ve opted for additional services, our team can assist with logistics and clearance.
